It’s a flexible service that’s tailored to suit your needs and can involve anything from just a few hours per month, to a regular weekly contract. We also cover staff absence due to holidays, sickness or maternity.
There are three different options for credit control packages – below is how it works:-
Bronze Package

What do I get?
Your sales ledger is completely up to date
Monthly statements will be sent
One polite but firm and professional Email reminder will be sent per customer
Payments logged onto your system
At the end of the month a complete breakdown of what is still outstanding
Debt collection to Kings Ransom if needed – however each case will be discussed BEFORE the action is undertaken
Perfect if you have a maximum of 20 customers on a monthly basis, and most of your customers pay, but need a gentle reminder. This could include staff absence due to sickness or maternity leave.
Silver Package
£350
PER MONTH
What do I get?
Yours sales ledger is completely up to date
Monthly statements will be sent
Three polite but firm and professional Emails reminders will be sent per customer
Payments logged onto your system
A total of two phone calls will be made to your debtor, to discuss the outstanding payment, and see if we obtain payment, or put them into an instalment plan – then monitoring.
At the end of the month a complete breakdown of what is still outstanding
Debt collection to Kings Ransom if needed – however each case will be discussed BEFORE the action is undertaken
Perfect if you have more than 20 customers on a monthly basis, and your customers are constantly in need of reminders to make payment, and need more than one reminder. This could include staff absence due to sickness or maternity leave
Gold Package
£550
PER MONTH
What do I get?
Your sales ledger is a complete mess, with unallocated payments received, needing to be allocated – to ensure that your sales ledger is completely up to date before any credit control work is undertaken
Once this has been undertaken, Monthly statements will be sent
Three polite but firm and professional Emails reminders will be sent per customer
Payments logged onto your system
A total of two phone calls will be made to your debtor, to discuss the outstanding payment, and see if we can obtain payment, or put them into an instalment plan
Monitoring of the instalment plan
At the end of the month a complete breakdown of what is still outstanding
Debt collection to Kings Ransom if needed – however each case will be discussed BEFORE the action is undertaken
Cost for this service is £550 however once undertaken, will revert back to the
Bronze or Silver package – whichever you choose.
Perfect if you are completely stressed, with up to 50 customers, and require much needed help for you or your book keeper who doesn’t like or want to undertake credit contro to get you back on track.
